The finished ice cream cake is then marketed as your own store product. The ice cream cake disc is circular, 8 inches wide by 2 ½ inches high. The discs are packed 8 to a master carton.
The ice cream cake disc consists of a vanilla ice cream shell with a chocolate ice cream, chocolate fudge and crushed chocolate sandwich cookie centre.
